Assoc. Prof. Mag. (FH) Martina Kohlberger, PhD

After my MA degree in 2001, I worked for various multinational organisations including IBM and GE in HR Generalist and Specialist roles. Throughout my career I was involved in different HR roles, including Talent and Leadership Development as well as Project Management (i.e. carve out activities from GE) and HR Management in the Energy industry. In addition, I have been lecturing at the University of Innsbruck since 2014, and at the MCI and University Seeburg since 2019.
In 2020, I returned to academia full-time and started my PhD which I completed in 2023. My research focus includes the HR profession and identity work, change management and diversity management, incl. the ageing workforce.
