The division of our world into democracies vs. autocracies is increasing threateningly. Against this background, a vibrant parliamentarism is more important than ever.

With the First Vice-President of the European Parliament Othmar Karas and the First Vice-President of the Tyrolean Parliament Sophia Kircher as well as the professors Camilla Mariotto and Markus Frischhut, the role of parliaments in these times was discussed and the importance of them for the further development of the European Union was addressed.
