When I look back at my time at MCI...

It was an extremely laborious but amazing time that I would not want to miss and that really opened my horizons. One particular highlight was definitely my time abroad in Buenos Aires.
I have established a good network, and I am still interested in what is going on at my former university and how things are developing there.
I would study there again and highly recommend others to do so!

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

My basic studies have created a good foundation in terms of business know-how. I always knew I would major in Personnel & Change Management as I was already working in HR during my studies. In this respect the program helped me to expand my personal competencies. I also found the numerous projects and group work tasks important for my development. Whenever I do presentations or lead small group discussions, I am thankful for having acquired the necessary skillset at MCI.
