When I look back at my time at MCI...

I am happy that I chose this path. I have learned a lot over the years and have been able to establish valuable networks. What’s more, I have met many interesting and highly motivated people along the way. I am still in touch with some of them more or less regularly. I believe that you can truly benefit from studying at MCI on a professional as well as personal level.

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

“If ever I get a degree, it’ll be with a continuing education program.” This was my thought prior to applying at MCI. I quickly learned that I had made the right decision. Studying at MCI was highly challenging and time-consuming, but there was always a clear goal in sight. This goal motivated me and kept me going throughout my studies until I eventually earned my degree.

The large variety of different subjects provides an ideal preparation for any type of business-related job. Unfortunately, much knowledge gets lost because of the sheer number of subjects. You learn a lot, but you also forget some of it. What remains is the ability to apply analytical thinking and a structured approach to complex issues and projects. And that is exactly what I need in my daily work. My studies have taught me to better assess situations and to solve problems in a structured way.

The program has enhanced my professional as well as personal development, which is of tremendous value in my everyday work.
