CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION - COMPETITIONS

By participating in the MCI Management Center Innsbruck - Internationale Hochschule GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "MCI") competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation:

1. prizes, prize notification and participation

(1) The winners will be selected by an independent jury. The winners will be notified by "Direct Message" (DM).

(2) If we do not receive notification from a winner within 7 days of the announcement, the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw.

(3) Only one prize is possible per participant.

(4) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.

(5) If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner will accept an appropriate substitute prize.

(6) The winners of the Instagram competition agree that their personal data, including bank details, will be transmitted to MCI for the purpose of processing the prize payout. MCI undertakes to treat all transmitted data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the purpose of paying out the prize. The winners agree that the prize amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by them. It is the winners' responsibility to ensure that the bank details provided are correct. MCI is not liable for any errors in the transfer due to inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the winner.

(7) Participation with forged identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.

2. The winners will be drawn by an independent jury based on criteria such as creativity, content, humor and relevance. The jury will select the winners from all eligible entries. The jury's decision is final and incontestable. There is no entitlement to the jury's selection criteria being disclosed in detail. MCI alone is responsible for determining the winners; legal recourse is excluded.

3. The winners will be informed by MCI via direct message. The winner must respond to the notification of the prize within 24 hours by sending an email to marketing@mci.edu, stating the data required for the transfer of the prize.

4. MCI reserves the right to exclude individual participants from participation in competitions if they violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the course of the competition or if they violate laws or public decency with postings. Participation via competition agencies is excluded.

5. MCI reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time, to modify its terms and conditions or to change them in any other way. In addition, no liability is assumed in the event of technical problems that impair the smooth running of the competition or affect participation in the competition in any way whatsoever.

6. By participating in the Instagram competition, the participant grants MCI the unrestricted, irrevocable and free right to use the submitted images for the duration of the competition and for subsequent advertising and marketing purposes. This includes use in all digital and printed media and on social media platforms. The participant confirms that he/she holds all necessary rights to the submitted images and can transfer these rights to MCI. The participant hereby waives any claims for remuneration or further compensation in connection with the use of his/her images by MCI.

7. All names of participants will be recorded and stored by MCI for the purpose of determining the winner. The processed data will be deleted by MCI no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Excluded from the deletion are the processed data of the winners, which will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose or any other legal requirements. 8. The MCI is the organizer of the competition. The competitions may be published via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), but otherwise have no connection with these social media platforms and in particular are not co-organized, sponsored or supported by them in any way.
