Business AI Advanced

The Business AI Advanced certificate course builds on the foundations of the Business AI Basics course and deepens knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) in companies and organisations. This compact in-service training programme is aimed at managers and specialists who have already gained initial experience with AI, want to take their knowledge to an advanced level and want to drive forward and implement strategic AI applications in their companies.

The focus is on practice-oriented applications of AI that are supported by theoretical concepts. Participants in the course will be able to categorise AI as a game changer in a business context, identify use cases in their own company and design and support their implementation.

By deepening their knowledge and exchanging ideas with experts from different experts from various fields, participants not only strengthen their professional skills, but also their professional network. The course also helps them to position themselves in the course of the digital transformation and to develop professionally.

The Business AI Advanced course is divided into nine coordinated modules that focus on different areas of the application of artificial intelligence in companies. Each module covers both theoretical principles and practice-orientated content that is directly applicable in a professional environment.

After completing the Business AI Advanced course, participants will be able to

identify, design and support holistic applications in the various business areas;
design a framework for the implementation of AI strategies;
develop AI-supported business strategies;
utilise, operate and expand specific AI systems;
implement specific AI applications in business processes;
assess the technological feasibility of AI projects;
reflect on previous developments and integrate future developments;
move from being driven by AI to becoming a driver and shaper of AI.

What awaits you?

The compact course is organized for part-time study and follows a didactic concept specifically tailored to the needs of working decision-makers. The lectures are conducted in a blended learning format, combining face-to-face modules with synchronous online modules. The latest insights from science and research are discussed and reflected upon through practical examples.

The program concludes with a written transfer assignment evaluated by an Academic Board. The written transfer assignment is presented and defended before a panel.
