The Austria Global Business Intensive (GBI), which was led by Dr. Kevin Groves and Dr. Darren Good, was an incredible week of exploring the Tyrol region, learning about the intersection of tourism and multi-generational family businesses, and enjoying meaningful exchanges with a group of diverse students across many PGBS programs. It is our sincere hope that PGBS and MCI continue cultivating a strong partnership that will produce many more opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff. We are very grateful for the outstanding hospitality and support provided by the entire MCI team throughout our visit!

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at MCI. The students had an absolute wonderful time and great learning experiences. I have participated in numerous study abroad trips, and the partnership with MCI is definitely one of the – if not the – best experiences I have had.

Through profound observations of Austrian companies and interactions with corporate management, participating NKUST teachers can gain in-depth understanding of European style corporate operating models as well as with much out-of-the-box thinking models and other teaching practices. By studying the innovation and entrepreneurship course design and teaching practices of Austrian MCI, participating NKUST teachers will be able to design graduate practice courses and will also be able to bring new concepts back to Taiwan.

Step by Step to Your Individual Program

Step 1: Getting connected and identifying needs

Our development process starts with a non-binding orientation meeting, where we delve into understanding your attendance group and their unique needs. This initial step allows us to gather valuable insights, enabling us to tailor your learning journey to the top.

Step 2: Elaborating objectives and defining program goals

Following the orientation meeting, we share with you the first draft of your potential learning journey. Together we refine objectives, discuss key goals, and gather insights about your institution and participants. This step allows us to fine-tune the program outline accordingly.

Step 3: Embracing the Innsbruck experience and program highlights

Upon your arrival in Innsbruck, we will warmly welcome you at MCI and provide personalized support throughout the program. By this stage, we have finalized your learning journey, presented a tailored offer, and completed the program contract. Now, you can fully immerse yourself in program activities, establish valuable connections, and experience the distinctive atmosphere of Innsbruck and Tyrol/Austria.

Step 4: Following-up with your Feedback

As part of development our process, we also value your feedback to build a long-lasting partnership. Therefore, we will be sending you an evaluation to gather your thoughts and comments. Your input is highly appreciated as it helps us improve our programs to better meet your needs. We also provide the option of a debriefing session for personalized discussions, further strengthening our partnership.
