Prof. Mag. Dr. Claudia Mössenlechner

Claudia Moessenlechner is a professor and head of the Learning Solutions Center at MCI Innsbruck. She has been active in the field of teaching and higher education for some 20 years. Her courses and coaching sessions focus on language, communication and leadership. Ms Moessenlechner has been active as a consultant and also coaches leaders during change management processes.
In her function as a head of MCI Learning Solutions, Claudia is responsible for developing and overseeing eLearning solutions and online graduate programs including curriculum development.
She has conceptualized eLearning frameworks and concepts for tertiary education and has designed and overseen the implementation of eLearning at Management Center Innsbruck.
In addition, she has extensive experience as an examiner and accreditor (European Higher Education Space) and with the implementation of quality assurance programs for learning and teaching (Assurance of Learning) and international accreditations (e.g. AACSB, EQUIS).
