The Entrepreneurial School® is delighted to welcome two excellent new partners to its comprehensive network of partner institutions.

Both institutions are located in the charming city of Perth, Western Australia, and rank among the best universities in their fields worldwide. They now also offer excellent opportunities for students of the Entrepreneurial School®.

  • Curtin University: Curtin University, named after the former Minister President of Australia, John Curtin, was founded in 1987 and now accounts for almost 40,000 students. Its business faculty was Australia’s first business school to receive the prestigious EQUIS accreditation. The new cooperation primarily benefits students of the MCI Department of Management & Law.
  • Murdoch University: Older, but slightly smaller, Murdoch University specifically addresses students of the English-language Master degree course in International Health & Social Management. Just like Curtin University, Murdoch University also regularly ranks among the world’s best universities. Its international success is also reflected in its recent establishment of campuses in Singapore and Dubai.

International orientation constitutes an essential component of all MCI study programs, and this is reflected in the opportunity for students to spend a semester or year abroad, or to complete a double degree program at one of MCI’s international partner institutions. Currently, the network of MCI partners consists of over 250 institutions across the continent. It is, in fact, one of the largest academic networks in Europe. All partner institutions have been carefully chosen in accordance with strict quality criteria.

Susanne Lichtmannegger, head of the MCI International Relations Office, is very pleased with the new partnerships: “With the two most recent additions to our network, the number of partners in Australia has risen to nine institutions altogether. This is a great success, because Australia is still one of the most popular destinations for our students. Furthermore, Australian universities are known to closely scrutinize their European partners, before entering into a partnership with them.”
