"The 350th anniversary of the University of Innsbruck is a jubilee to be proud of, which inspires us to pause for a moment and which should be honoured", LFUI Rector Tilmann Märk and MCI Rector Andreas Altmann express their shared joy for the proud history and extraordinary success story of the Leopold Franzens University Innsbruck (LFUI). "What would Innsbruck and Tyrol be without this institution for research, education and innovation, which enjoys the highest international of reputations?

The MCI would like to express its joy publicly and congratulate its parent university and alma mater from the bottom of its heart," added MCI Rector Andreas Altmann on the occasion of the unveiling of banners and flags at the MCI campus. “Moreover, of course, you can't come to a milestone birthday with empty hands. That's why we at MCI thought about what we could do to give our parent university a special treat”, added Rector Altmann.

"The result is something to be proud of", says LFUI-Rector Tilmann Märk expressing his joy: "The MCI is providing LFUI with five high-quality continuing education master's study places worth between 14,900 and 18,900 euros each, which we will be able to award to employees of the University of Innsbruck over the next few years. The study places offer a high-quality academic further education opportunity within the fields of digital business, digital analytics and online study, i.e. in those future-oriented fields, which become ever more important in the university context and in which MCI has set the standard.”
