MCI partner Raiffeisen supports junior managers in their continuing-education projects – Education Shares for MCI program "Systemic Management Psychology" awarded to Christian Fohrmann
In a multi-stage procedure, Christian Fohrmann from Pertisau am Achensee was selected as the winner of the Raiffeisen Education Shares 2019. The award was presented by Gabriele Zimmermann of Raiffeisen Communication, and Susanne E. Herzog, MCI Executive Education. As part of the cooperation between Raiffeisen and the Entrepreneurial School®, the Education Shares drive was advertised to managers and junior managers who would like to invest in their personal development and are prepared to break new ground in doing so.
This year's winner Christian Fohrmann impressed the jury with his monumental commitment, self-reflection and ambitious career goals. He is currently planning a change in profession as Chief Digital Officer to a large tourism company, in which he would like to inspire the employees for digital transformation. With the help of the Raiffeisen Education Shares, he will attend the innovative MCI program "Systemic Management Psychology", in which not only systemic understanding and leadership knowledge on a scientific basis will be taught, but in particular, self-awareness, the ability to reflect, and practical application will be strengthened.
Raiffeisen and MCI have been partners for decades, dating back to the founding of the Entrepreneurial School®. Just like MCI, Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol AG values academic education as an important social asset and central resource for personal development as well as for corporate and location development.
