The Entrepreneurial School® in Innsbruck continues on its path to success. A few days ago, the last Bachelor and Master degree certificates were conferred at the latest graduation ceremonies. In 2019, more than 1,000 graduates completed their studies at the MCI. They completed one of a total of 25 degree-programs in the fields of Economics & Society or Technology & Life Sciences, or one of the seven continuing education Master degree programs. Eleven of these courses are held entirely in English. Numerous students have completed a so-called double-degree course in which they have obtained an additional foreign degree. The festively decorated Dogana of the Congress Innsbruck provided a lavish setting for the event. More than 7,000 guests from all over the world attended the graduation ceremonies.

12,000 MCI Alumni

The number of alumni since the inauguration of the MCI in 1996 has thus ballooned to an impressive 12,000, with a success rate of 85%. This internationally remarkable number is achieved through a demanding admission procedure, committed professors and faculty, intensive supervision, and a number of other measures such as mentoring and excellent student services.

Enormous demand from the labour market

Thanks to close cooperation with industry and the practical orientation of all study programs, MCI graduates are in particularly high demand and already enjoy an average of 2.3 job offers upon graduation. The tremendous interest of the job market was recently demonstrated at the in-house recruiting forum, a top-class recruiting event on the MCI campus in which 80 employers from home and abroad engaged in the pursuit of highly qualified graduates.
