Good news at MCI: the Master's program "Entrepreneurship & Tourism" has achieved a top position for the fourth time in EDUNIVERSAL's prestigious global

The international EDUNIVERSAL Best Masters Ranking is highly selective: not all programs of the institutions surveyed by EDUNIVERSAL were included in the ranking. In 2021, the ranking analyzed more than 22,000 master's and MBA programs in 50 fields of study. Furthermore, they ranked a total of 5,416 programs in 136 countries worldwide. The Best Masters Ranking by "EDUNIVERSAL" provides an international detailed assessment of Master's and MBA programs, used by more than 4 million students each year as a guideline.

"EDUNIVERSAL" measures the quality of programs based on three main criteria:

  • Awareness and recognition by potential employers
  • Positions and starting salaries of graduates immediately after graduation
  • Student satisfaction with the quality of their studies.

Hubert Siller, Head of the MCI Tourism Department, sees the excellent ranking result as a recognition of the continuous quality development: "Of course I am very pleased that our Master's program "Entrepreneurship & Tourism" has again made it into the very exclusive EDUNIVERSAL 'Global Top 50 Ranking'. Especially in these challenging times for tourism, a sound education is essential."

MCI Rector Andreas Altmann: "The renewed top rankings confirm the high quality and the reputation the MCI has built up over 25 years both at home and abroad. My thanks go to the extremely committed MCI team, which always manages to get the best out of difficult conditions. What is important is that we remain modestly on the ball and consistently continue our work."
