Once again MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in Innsbruck has great news to report: For the third time in a row, the renowned "U-Multirank", initiated by the European Commission, lists MCI among the 25 best universities and colleges worldwide.

Exemplary: Cooperation between science and practice

The MCI has received special recognition for its cooperation between science and practice and shines with outstanding results in collaboration with strategic research partners, the involvement of students in scientific projects and internships, joint publications and international joint degrees.

Study, teaching, & learning as well as internationality rated excellently

The MCI also achieved excellent results in the category "Teaching & Learning". Last but not least, it is appreciated that a high number of students complete their Bachelor and Master degree programs in the minimum period of study but also that there is a high gender balance.

And finally, the MCI achieves excellent ratings in the "International Orientation" grouping. Above all, the worldwide mobility of MCI students (from abroad to the MCI and from the MCI to all over the world), the high number of foreign-language Master programs and the international composition of the MCI team in research, teaching, management & administration receive top marks.

U Multirank

Launched in 2008 at the initiative of the European Commission, U-Multirank is a unique multidimensional and global university ranking. U-Multirank examines various dimensions and analyzes not only large, traditional universities, but also directs the focus on smaller as well as specialized universities. The study is characterized by a multidimensional approach and, in addition to the evaluation of publication and patent databases and statistical data, also takes student evaluations into account. In total, the feedback of more than 100,000 students on the quality of their university was taken into account.

As an internationally oriented university, the MCI has been participating in U-Multirank since 2017 and has been able to achieve excellent results and top global rankings from its first year of participation. In 2021, the MCI will be ranked among the "Global Top 25 Performers" for the third time in a row.
