Triple-celebration

Date 2020-07-14

"Hat trick" at Management & Law: Bianca Taxer, Birgit Marx and Brian Galvin celebrate company anniversary.

Three employees of the Department Management & Law celebrated their company anniversaries at the “Infopoint”, which is held twice a year at MCI. Rector Dr. Andreas Altmann and Head of the Department & Studies Dr. Ralf Geymayer congratulated Bianca Taxer (15 years), Birgit Marx (20 years) and Brian Galvin (10 years). Together, the "three B's" have thus accumulated a total of 45 years at MCI!

Our new assistant of the department, Sabine Weißbriacher, was also honored at the Infopoint. Of course not for the duration of her affiliation, but for her successful MCIdea, which was awarded as one of three out of a total of 18 ideas submitted. The idea for a social media photo competition with a study reference is intended to increase the reach of the MCI and at the same time it offers interested parties an insight into studying at the MCI.

The Infopoint also provided information about latest developments in the study programs and visualized future prospects for the MCI. Furthermore, new employees were introduced in this context. Our department was also represented here and introduced Tea Miljkovic, who has been working in the Office Management for Management & Law since February.

The traditional information event took place in virtual space this time. Thus, the annual barbecue following the Infopoint unfortunately had to be cancelled this year. Nevertheless, we did not miss the opportunity to drink a toast to our colleagues. After the virtual MCI event, flowers and gifts were presented on the MCI roof-top terrace.
