GET CONNECTED AND JOIN THE VIRTUAL STUDY TOUR 2021

Date 2020-12-17

The MCI Master degree program "International Business & Law" invites interested parties to participate in the upcoming study tour.

Due to current travel restrictions, the Study Tour 2021 of the MCI Master Degree program International Business & Law will take place online for the first time this year.

The tour includes high-level discussions with decision-makers from multinational companies such as Google, Microsoft and Mondelez and provides participants with unique opportunities to contribute their acquired skills and expand their personal networks. At the same time, HR managers from the companies involved use the opportunity to highlight possible international career paths and specific entry opportunities.

Another important aspect of the study tour getting to know the organizational cultures and possible areas of responsibility in the respective companies first-hand in order to form a clearer picture with regard to current career opportunities. On the other hand, the company partners involved in the tour gain a direct insight into the competencies and qualifications of potential employees. In the past, a considerable number of graduates of the MCI Master Degree program International Business & Law have decided to follow up on contacts made during the Study Tour, and in some cases this has resulted in concrete employment relationships that have been followed by very successful international careers.

Although the virtual format that has become necessary this year means that interesting elements of past study tours will not be feasible, new companies and particularly high-caliber experts have been recruited for the current program and will be available for the planned presentations and lectures. At the same time, this is the first time that students other than those of the MCI Master Degree program International Business & Law will have the opportunity to participate. However, in order to avoid restricting the very important aspect of direct personal interaction, the number of additional participants will be limited. The allocation of the available places is based on the first-come-first-served principle. Participation is free of charge. In principle, it is also possible to register for specific company sessions only.

The individual sessions of the Study Tour 2021 will take place in the period of January 28, 2021 to February 3, 2021. A detailed overview of the participating companies and session dates can be found in the photo gallery. If you are interested in participating in one or more of the program sessions, we would ask you to provide all the necessary information in this form by January 26, 2021 at the latest. The definitive confirmation of participation on dates, for which you have registered, will be sent to you again separately by e-mail. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Department of Management & Law (office-mr@mci.edu).

We would be delighted by your participation in this year’s virtual study tour and look forward to seeing you there.
