On the first weekend in September 68 DiBSE freshmen met for the kick-off meeting at the MCI campus. Head of Department & Studies Peter J. Mirski and the entire DiBSE team warmly welcomed our first-semester students.
Next to a comprehensive introduction to our online learning platform and technical support in setting up the online lecture tool, our students also got to know representatives of the ÖH, the MCI library services and the Student & Career Center. A campus tour familiarised our first-semester students with the most important contact points at the MCI.
The second day of the kick-off event was all about getting to know each other. After this first get2gether and with all these information and the MCI backpack as a welcome gift in their luggage, our DiBSE students are now embarking on the adventure of online studies.
Office manager and year supervisor Theresa Baumann emphasises: "Six exciting and knowledge-rich semesters are now waiting for our freshmen. I am already looking forward to accompanying our students on their way."
