The soccer team of the Management Center Innsbruck successfully participated in the Tyrolean Academic Championship - Football Hall 2018 on November 24, 2018.
In a tournament with 16 teams they won the strong third place, after having lost against the later tournament winner in the semifinals - especially worth mentioning is the match played for place 3, in which they already lagged 1:4 and could catch up by motivation and willpower a 4:4 to reach the podium in penalty shootout and the players won both a certificate and drink bottles.
The football team of the MCI is open to all interested students - training takes place weekly, Wednesdays at 08:30 pm in the HTL-Anichstraße. If you are interested, simply contact the Facebook page "MCI Fußballmannschaft".
