My Down Under:

Amazing! This would be the shortest possible summary of my stay in Sydney, Australia. The metropolis is vibrant, very international, and seems to be always active. With multiple events being held every day across the different suburbs and so much to explore, you won’t get bored.

Widely known, Australia is a backpacker’s paradise, allowing you to explore the country’s diverse and beautiful nature at your own pace. Interesting for Austrians, they even have mountains - the Australian alps, with a hand-full of skiing resorts that you can explore with the UTS Skiing Society.

Campus and student life:

The University of Technology Sydney, comes with a modern campus, state-of-the-art facilities and some remarkable architecture such as the business faculty building designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry or the UTS tower which was voted the city’s ugliest building in 2006. The 44,000 students can choose from a variety of up-to-date courses and engage with other students in multiple clubs or societies.
