Once again this year, it was a special pleasure for us to award the graduation certificates to this year's graduates of the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Mechatronics at the MCI graduation ceremony.
The graduation ceremony marks the official completion of an MCI degree program in the presence of family, friends and fellow students. This includes the presentation of the graduates, the taking of the vow and the awarding of the academic degree.
This year, Stefan Reinmüller, BSc, MSc, graduate of the master's degree program in Mechatronics & Smart Technologies, took the pledge on behalf of all graduates of the program and then addressed a few words in a speech of thanks to the almost 1000 guests at the Dogana in Innsbruck.
The number of MCI Mechatronics graduates has increased considerably every year since the program was founded in 2008. In addition to the master's program in Mechatronics & Smart Technologies, the department offers a completely revised bachelor's program, which, with innovative elective modules, offers students the opportunity to freely choose the focus of their studies according to their own areas of interest.
