61 master students of the European Master in Health Economics & Management started the Eu-HEM study program in Bologna. On September 7 and 8, students were invited to get to know the study program and the city of Bologna, where they will spend the first semester. During the Welcome Days, the new students had the opportunity to meet with Program Directors, Local Coordinators and third semester students and to take part in workshops, Q&A sessions and a guided city tour.
The European Health Economics & Management (Eu-HEM) Master’s degree is offered by MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, the Universities of Bologna and Oslo, as well as Erasmus University Rotterdam. The program does not only include a multidisciplinary approach but also the opportunity to specialize within your field of interest. The four areas of specialization available to students are Management of Healthcare Institutions, Economic Evaluation in Healthcare, Economics & Policy, and Population Health Management.
The harmonized first semester, which is taught at the University of Bologna, aims to acquire the basics relevant to the healthcare sector in the fields of economics, management, law, political science and research methods.
We wish all students a successful study start and look forward to welcoming students of the program in March at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
