Would you recommend a Double Degree program to your fellow students – and if so, why?
I would recommend the double degree experience to fellow students. It gives you the opportunity to see a different approach to how to study. It also provides you with a more international curriculum, making students stand out more on the job market. In addition to this, also the possibility to live a year in the city of Innsbruck and enjoy what the city has to offer will leave you unforgettable moments.
In your opinion, what is the biggest advantage of your double degree?
The possibility to experience different places and different approaches of how to study. Both are entrepreneurial schools, but the way in which they are organized differ in some ways.
Is there any course / faculty member that influenced your life positively – if yes, why?
The people at MCI are all very open and helpful. When there are any difficulties, they don’t leave you on your own and quickly try to resolve issues.
Which cultural differences or challenges surprised or impressed you the most during your stay?
I have never seen a city that is living sports like Innsbruck. Everyone is somehow involved in sportive activities. Students after courses, some professors, as well as the people you meet on the street. Speaking of the latter, you will see a lot of people dressed in sports outfits throughout the city doing all kinds of sports.
Why would you recommend Innsbruck for international stays abroad?
Apart from the excellent university, Innsbruck has so much to offer that you’ll never have time to be bored. The number of students in Innsbruck is impressive, providing plenty of opportunities to meet new people during your stay.
Please describe the most memorable highlight of your Double Degree experience in a single sentence.
