Smart Building Technologies explores the AUDIOVERSUM Science Center

Our “Building Physics Acoustics” course, led by Silvia Öttl with support from Barbara Messner, took 14 dedicated Smart Building Technologies students on an exciting excursion to AUDIOVERSUM Innsbruck.

The AUDIOVERSUM is an interactive museum that combines science with exciting sound experiences. It invites you to discover the world of hearing in a playful and informative way – perfect for our course, in which acoustics play a central role.

The students were able to experience at first hand how sound waves are perceived and what influence room acoustics have on our hearing. A great, instructive day full of new insights and inspiration!
