This bachelor's program provides you with a unique learning journey. The curriculum is designed to build your knowledge gradually, starting with individual behavior, and decision-making, before moving on to group dynamics, consumer behavior, organizational development, and market trends. After three years, you will have built a strong foundation in business administration while gaining valuable insights into the human aspects of business and consumer behavior.
Focus on Individual
The fundaments of psychology such as perception and motivation, are central in the first semester. You learn how they shape individual workplace behavior. Simultaneously you explore digital tools for self-management, data analysis, and process management and how to influence individual behavior to improve the outcome.
Focus on Group
The second semester builds on this foundation by gaining a deeper understanding in group dynamics and team decision-making and how they influence organizational processes. The foundation of business is further strengthened with courses in accounting and operations management.
Focus on Organizations
In the third and fourth semesters, the role of psychology in organizational processes, the development of an entrepreneurial mindset, and gaining a deeper understanding of strategic management are at focus. You will learn to coach individuals and teams through change while laying the foundation for effective HR practices to ensure the right people are in the right roles and supported in their growth.
Focus on the Market, Consumer, and society
The influence of marketing and advertising strategies on consumer decisions is studied in the fifth semester. Here a focus on intercultural competence and managing diversity in the global business world, equips you to navigate complex, diverse markets and makes you understand the effects and influences on consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Focus on Practice and the Future
In the sixth semester, the emphasis is on applying the knowledge you have gained. Through an internship, you will experience how business psychology is put into practice and gain valuable work experience. At the same time, you will explore future trends to understand how changes impact the workplace, with a special focus on innovative approaches in an increasingly digital and diverse world. As part of your bachelor's thesis, you will tackle a practical question, using scientific methods to address it effectively.

Through our interactive live online sessions and expert lecturers from the field, you will apply theory directly to real-world situations. The mix of online sessions and approximately six face-to-face on-campus days per semester ensures that you can stay flexible while building meaningful connections with both your peers and lecturers.
