The MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® recently invited students from the HTL Anichstraße to a workshop as part of the elective subject Entrepreneurship. The aim was to give the young talents insights into successfully presenting business ideas ("pitching") and to prepare them for their submissions to this year's MCI Creativity Awards.
The focus of the event was a presentation by Lea Krebs, start-up consultant at the Start Up Tirol GmbH start-up center, who gave the students valuable insights into the relevant content and techniques of a convincing pitch. Afterwards, the students had the opportunity to develop the value proposition of their respective entrepreneurial ideas in a practice-oriented exercise involving direct interaction with experts and to present this to the auditorium. A special highlight of the event was the presentation by Michael Renzler, who introduced his startup "evopix" and then joined Benjamin Suitner in a discussion with the students.
More than just founding a company: a mindset for the future
The MCI attaches great importance to promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among young people. The aim is to sensitize young people to the importance of innovation and creative problem-solving at an early age to meet the challenges ahead in a solution-oriented manner.
