MCI Career Portal

The MCI Career Portal is an exclusive digital platform with several hundred daily updated advertisements for internships, part-time jobs, junior and senior jobs, trainee programs, as well as topics for thesises from the network of numerous corporate partners. MCI students and alumni can log in to the portal from the comfort of their own home or abroad and filter according to their own preferences.

MCI Recruiting Forum

The Recruiting Forum connects MCI students and young professionals with top notch companies. It offers the ideal platform for introductions, getting to know each other and facilitating networking opportunities.

The aim of the annual event is to enable students and young graduates to get to know potential employers of tomorrow and to obtain detailed information about (inter)national and regional companies from a wide range of industries. In addition to digital company presentations and practical services for starting a career, the main focus is on direct interaction and dialog with company representatives. The key skills future employees should have will be discussed as well as individual questions about a successful career start.

Career Coaching

We take our slogan "We care for you" seriously. With this in mind, the MCI Career Center accompanies its students and alumni on their way to a successful career start. This includes free services such as CV checks, individual consultation appointments on career concerns and development opportunities, preparatory coaching for job interviews, personal discussions on reorientation, etc.

MCI Mentoring Programm

The MCI Mentoring Program supports students of the Entrepreneurial School^® in preparing for their career entry. Successful MCI graduates with several years of professional experience act as mentors and pass on their professional and life experience to MCI students (mentees), thus promoting their personal and career development.

Corporate Partners & Contacts

A diverse array of institutions and companies both within Austria and abroad hold the MCI and its graduates in high regard. Recognizing the international competition for top talent, they actively cultivate strong partnerships with the MCI, becoming integral members of the vibrant Entrepreneurial School^® network.

With a detailed online company profile, they introduce themselves to MCI students and provide information about their corporate philosophy, business orientation, values, benefits, career opportunities, application tips and contact persons.

Relevant Career Offers

Every semester, the Career Center organizes a variety of extracurricular events on a wide range of topics. One focus is on seminars, workshops and webinars on topics such as applications, career planning and starting a job. Application photo shoots, potential analysis tests and on-campus recruiting events round off the range of activities on offer to prepare students for the workforce.
