Felix Pfister
When I look back at my time at MCI:
My time at MCI has not only significantly influenced my professional and academic career. The mixture of hard and soft skills in the course of studies also helped me to get to know my personal qualities and develop myself. The lecturers with different backgrounds combined practice and theory well in their teaching and passed it on.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
My degree in Industrial Engineering & Management prepared me in terms of content and methodology for the diverse tasks as co-founder of a medical technology start-up. From the creation of a business plan to the implementation of demanding quality management standards and the analytical collection of clinical data with research partners – I regularly use the tools that the motivated lecturers gave me in my daily work. As part of an MCI lecture, I also met a co-founder of our start-up and together we built a company from concept to market launch.
