When I look back at my time at MCI...
My time at MCI had a lasting impact on my future path and, above all, on my view on life - even my visit to the MCI Open House showed me that things often turn out differently than you think (my original plan was to go into the tourism sector). However, even then, life showed me a (different) direction - this curiosity and openness has accompanied me throughout and opened up many opportunities and new perspectives for me.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
In my studies, I was able to gain a basic understanding of the healthcare system, different strategies & perspectives and big challenges. I was also able to lay the foundation for constantly developing myself in my professional context. Through this intensive time, I was able to train and integrate networked thinking, solution orientation and perseverance into my way of working - core competencies that still accompany me each day.
What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?
"The mixture makes the difference" - theory & practice paired with interesting lecturers, network partners and the opportunity to get a taste of "reality" - if that's what you're looking for, you're in exactly the right place and can put together your personal "mixture" from the most diverse insights. It's your decision.
What is your motto?
You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him to find it within himself. (Galileo)
