When I look back at my time at MCI...
I think of all of my fellow students and lecturers, who have shaped and enriched my student life. The variety of motivated people I met at MCI helped me maintain my own motivation during and after my studies. Many of the connections I made during my time at MCI have stayed with me after graduation, and I am fascinated by the wide range of fields in which my fellow students work today.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
Although (or precisely because) I no longer work in the food sector, I can see the added value that studying at MCI has brought me in many aspects. These include the communication skills I acquired through practical teamwork in the laboratory and in seminars, which can be transferred to my current professional life regardless of the field. The openness of the lecturers, who encourage students to work independently and think innovatively, also helped me to seamlessly transition into professional life.
Our students share their experiences and give insights into courses, projects, and student life in the vibrant Alpine city of Innsbruck.
