When I look back at my time at MCI...

... I miss the dynamic, innovation-promoting environment and the exchange with my fellow classmates and the lecturers/teachers in front of the great panorama of the Tyrolean mountains. I like to remember the many exciting discussions and events (e.g. alumni lectures, Silicon Valley Study Trip,...) which brought me together with many new topics and personalities.

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

MCiT tries to get the best qualities out of their students and constantly drives them to "think further", "take the next step" or "go beyond their own comfort zone". In addition to the technical content, I learned a lot about myself and my strengths, but on the other hand, I also learned to recognize my weaknesses and to improve or deal with them.

Working on different projects in intercultural and international student teams during my Master's degree has enabled me to sharpen my toolset of hard and soft skills for my current job as a project manager.

In addition, the lecturers from the business world and the topics at the pulse of time constantly drove my curiosity for knowledge and motivated me to dive privately into new, unfamiliar situations.
