When I look back at my time at MCI...

… I think back on a very exciting and instructive study time. Through the combination of theory and science as well as practice-related projects, I was able to gain insight into many different areas.

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

Due to the very broad and cross-topic orientation of my studies, I was able to acquire a versatile basic knowledge, which is very useful for my employment in the field of software architecture as well as for my work in our start-up company. Especially the economic subjects like accounting, controlling and entrepreneurship were a great basis for the successful start of our IT company. Furthermore, the communication and information technology parts of the study program (marketing, sales, leadership etc.) were extremely helpful.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Studying at the MCI will certainly be challenging, but always exciting and varied. It is not just blunt memorization, as is the case with many other educational institutions, but the students and their ideas and projects play a major role in shaping the course of study.
