Research Assistant, Medical University of Innsbruck
Study Program: Mechatronics (Bachelor) | Medical Technologies (Master)
When I look back at my time at MCI...
I see it as a transformative journey. I started out as someone who came from a non-technical school and was faced with the challenging world of medical technology. This phase was characterized by growing self-confidence and the realization that technical competence is not innate, but learned. During that time, I learned that anything is possible with perseverance and the right environment. The people I met at MCI were particularly valuable: mentors who encouraged me and friends who are still by my side today.
How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?
Studying at MCI prepared me for my current job in many ways. It not only gave me the technical skills in the fields of mechatronics and medical technology, but also the ability to solve complex problems and think innovatively. This combination of technical know-how and problem-solving skills is essential in my role as a researcher and developer.
