As a university lecturer, Clint Leahr teaches English and communication in several departments. What Clint particularly appreciates about his work is the cooperation with students and the lively exchange with committed colleagues from various disciplines.
Leena Saurwein, MA Senior Lecturer & Project Manager International Relations Department: International Relations
Leena Saurwein has been working at MCI for more than 10 years. Her activities cover two main areas of responsibility. As Senior Lecturer, Leena teaches in our Bachelor and Master programs. In addition, she is responsible for internationalization activities in the International Relations Office and works closely with our numerous partner universities.

Anita Zehrer started her career at MCI in 2005 as a research assistant. She is now Associate Professor and heads the Family Business Center and the MCI research area "Business & Society". Her diverse responsibilities include her own teaching and research, networking and cooperation with companies, coordination of research priorities and leadership agendas.
Sara Repo, MA Teaching & Research Assistant Department: Nonprofit, Social & Health Care Management
As Teaching & Research Assistant, Sara Repo is involved in teaching, where she is responsible for the subject of political and communication science. As program coordinator, Sara additionally devotes herself to the organization and further development of the Joint Master Degree Program "European Health Economics & Management".
