Supporting and mentoring them, learning together and getting stronger is enriching and challenging. Magic formulas usually fail to do justice to the complexity and so it is necessary to find individual, coherent ways and solutions for the current challenges. The same applies to teaching with students. They bring along many exciting questions and experiences and I am happy to share my know-how and understanding with them.
