MCI conducts research on drones for loads

Even if it is still a long way off at the moment, it is very likely that our packages will be delivered to our doorsteps by drones. The electronics research area at MCI provides important research results for this.

A group of researchers can already proudly present an innovative motor for drones, which also contains the electronics in the same housing and thus allows a waterproof cover. Together with the biggest University of Europe, the La Sapienza in Rome, the Entrepreneurial School® is investigating the topic. While the colleagues in Rome are taking a close look at motor production, the researchers at MCI deal with electronics.

The save eight-motor concept of the multifunction copter is exceptional in this research field.

Due to the innovative approach, various industrial companies, for example from the food industry or construction machine manufacturers, are already interested in the product in order to be ideally positioned for the future.
